2011 World Qualifiers
A NOTE FROM KAREN
Congratulations once again to all the saddle winners for 2011! So many of you worked hard all year, and your efforts paid off in the awards ceremony held at Fellsmere arena on Saturday, May 12! Saddles, monogrammed pads, jackets, monogrammed halters, and much more were awarded to over 50 winners!! It was great to see the big smiles on everyone's faces!
Now A HUGE THANK YOU again to everyone in this District! We are on track for another awesome year...we have over $2500 in awards money accumulated already, so lets keep up the big shows and fundraisers! THANKS AGAIN to Bill McMullen for Indian River Co sheriff for donating the tshirts to raise $1000 for awards, to Christy Curtis for doing 50/50s (she raised $164 toward awards in Fellsmere), and to our concession workers in Fellsmere that raised $350 for awards! McMullen is also putting up $500 added to our show at Jim Wright's arena in Vero on June 30...be sure to let them know we appreciate their support please!
State show is fast approaching! Hope to see every one of you there!! It is my favorite show of the year, cannot wait to see my old friends from back in the day, and new friends from today!! Good luck to us all!
